1. Allowed use

Use Oernoe AI for lawful work such as drafting, learning, coding, research, planning, accessibility, and creative projects. You remain responsible for checking outputs and using the service in a way that respects people, law, and third-party rights.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Do not use the service to facilitate violence, terrorism, weapons, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
  • Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content that targets people for abuse.
  • Do not impersonate people, commit fraud, manipulate elections, harass others, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.
  • Do not build malware, steal credentials, evade safeguards, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

3. Images and image editing

Only upload images you have permission to use. Do not edit or generate imagery that meaningfully facilitates abuse, non-consensual sexual content, impersonation, fraud, or illegal activity. Respect people’s identity, privacy, and consent.

4. Accuracy and source use

AI output is not a verified source. Check important claims against reliable primary sources and cite sources when your work requires it. Do not present generated material as human-authored research when that would mislead others.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, decisions, and content you publish. Use additional safeguards for health, legal, financial, employment, education, safety, and other sensitive contexts.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We may use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, protect the service, and enforce this policy. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and may refer unlawful activity to authorities where required.

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, harmful output, or safety issues to safety@oernoe.com. Include the relevant product, time, and a description of the issue. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the report.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy as risks, products, and legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date.
