Oernoe AI Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use Oernoe AI for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must contact legal@oernoe.com if you believe it has been compromised.

2. The Service and AI output

Oernoe AI and Noevik provide conversational AI, writing, analysis, and related tools. Outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

The service may change as we improve reliability, safety, and features. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

3. Plans, quotas, and payments

Some features may have quotas, paid plans, or usage limits. Pricing, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. The purchase screen controls the plan-specific terms that apply to your transaction.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of prompts, files, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights to submit that content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

You grant Oernoe a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy and Data Policy.

5. Ownership

Oernoe and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and related materials. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, abuse, or interfere with the service except where law does not allow that restriction.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, some content and records may remain for legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available and to the extent permitted by law. Oernoe does not provide professional advice through AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oernoe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. These terms are governed by the law of [state/country], with disputes handled in [venue], subject to mandatory consumer protections.
