If you type oernoe.com you land on the public publisher site. If you type search.oernoe.com you land on the search engine. If you type account.oernoe.com you land on login. Those are different products with different rules, and they are easy to mash into one sentence about “the Oernoe app.” This page is the map we use when we write, and the map a reviewer can check against the live DNS.
Ads are allowed only on selected finished pages of www.oernoe.com. They are not allowed inside Search, Chat, Health, AI, Docs, Drive, Tracker, or Account. If a page here disagrees with that split, the page is wrong.
www.oernoe.com
This hostname is the publisher: journal, guides, How-To, About, Team, Contact, and the legal set. It is also where Google AdSense can appear, and only on pages that already work as documents. Home, About, the journal listing, the guides listing, editorial standards, and legal pages do not load the ads script. That is enforced in code, not as a caption.
www is not Search. There is no query box here that writes into the search index. There is no Chat thread. There is no Drive folder. If a page on www talks as if you can send mail from it, that page is out of date. Mail is not a released product; the status notice is at /mail, it is noindexed, and it does not collect a waiting list.
search.oernoe.com
This is the search engine. You type a query and you get links. People can also submit public people and company listings, which go through an approval step inside the product. Search does not use query history to build an advertising profile, and it does not sell account or search data. Ordinary request logs still exist so the service can return a page and fight abuse. That is not an ad graph.

account.oernoe.com
Login is account.oernoe.com/auth/login. Signup is account.oernoe.com/auth/sign-up. One account opens Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, and Tracker. Account screens do not load ads. Password reset and security settings live here, not on www.
Older www paths such as /login and /signup still resolve so old links do not 404. They are application shells. They send X-Robots-Tag: noindex, they are not in the sitemap, and they do not carry ads. If you arrived there from a bookmark, use the account hostnames above instead.
The live product hosts
These are the services the homepage currently sends people to. If a journal article names a product that is not in this list, treat the homepage as correct until we fix the article.
- health.oernoe.com is a private workspace for notes and records you choose to keep. It is not a doctor and it does not replace one.
- chat.oernoe.com is private messaging with account-level controls. It is not a public comment board on this publisher site.
- ai.oernoe.com is the generative product. Prompts are not an advertising file. Output is not advice. The AI policy library is at /legal/ai.
- docs.oernoe.com is documents with sharing you can see.
- drive.oernoe.com is file storage.
- tracker.oernoe.com is public service status. It reports what we know about uptime. It is not a marketing blog and it does not run ads.
Hostnames that are not live products
Mail, Maps, Music, Studio, News, and OerAlerts are not listed as live homepage products. Older journal URLs may still talk as if they are. Those URLs are being kept for old links and taken out of the public index. /studio on www is a leftover application route, not the writing tool; it is noindexed. If you need a writing surface, that product, when live, will be linked from the services menu like every other released host.
How to check you are in the right place
Look at the hostname in the address bar, not the logo. The logo is shared. The host is not. If you are reading an article, you should be on www.oernoe.com. If you are typing a query, you should be on search.oernoe.com. If you are signing in, you should be on account.oernoe.com. If an ad unit appears on Chat or Drive, that is a bug. Write support@oernoe.com.
The mechanical checks for this publisher host are public. /ads.txt should name pub-9477175344230263. View-source on this guide should include the AdSense client. View-source on About should not. /sitemap.xml should list this page. /robots.txt should allow Google’s ads crawlers and should not pretend to hide application shells that still need a noindex header.
