1. Information we collect

We may collect account details, prompts, files, conversations, settings, device and log information, billing records, and support messages. We also receive information from connected services when you choose to connect them.

We do not need sensitive information to provide ordinary features. Do not submit health, financial, identity, or other sensitive information unless the product specifically supports it and you have reviewed the relevant notice.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
  • Authenticate accounts, process payments, and respond to support requests.
  • Measure performance, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents.
  • Improve models and product quality only as described in the final settings and notices.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Chat memory and account memory

If memory features are enabled, Oernoe may store selected information to personalize future responses. You can review, edit, or delete available memories through the product controls. Deleting a memory may not remove the original conversation or legally required records.

4. Training and opt-in data

Your content is not used for model training beyond the choices and notices shown in the product. If a separate research or training opt-in exists, it will be voluntary and clearly labeled. You can withdraw an opt-in through the available control or by contacting privacy@oernoe.com.

5. Oernoe Search and connected sources

When a response uses Oernoe Search or a connected source, the service may send a query and limited context needed to return results. Third-party sources have their own terms and privacy practices. Review source results instead of treating generated summaries as authoritative.

6. Storage, uploads, and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security. Use the account deletion controls or contact privacy@oernoe.com to request deletion. Some backups and fraud-prevention records may persist for a limited period.

7. Service providers and sharing

  • Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, payments, email, moderation, and security providers that process information for us.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.
  • A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

8. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so protect your credentials and report suspected incidents to privacy@oernoe.com.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact privacy@oernoe.com and include enough information to verify and respond to your request.

10. Children and international users

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally use it. Do not create an account or submit information if you are not eligible. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, with safeguards required by applicable law.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will show its effective date.
