The line under Terms said Rules for using Oernoe. The href was /legal/terms, same host. I followed it. The bar became https://www.oernoe.com/legal/terms. I did not type a query into the document. I did not treat Terms as Open Search. I did not treat Terms as a settings switch. I did not submit an account. I am writing this so people stop using a contract page as a box, a ranking, or a place to paste a results URL.
This page is on www.oernoe.com. Selected finished pages on this hostname may show Google ads. An ad that says Terms, Accept, or Search is not /legal/terms. If the unit sits beside this how-to, it is still an ad. The legal page is a different path. Type the URL. Read the date. Do not invent a clause. I am not patching Terms. I am quoting what loaded.

I am quoting that date because people invent a fresher stamp or a missing stamp and then file that the page is down. The stamp was there. August 23, 2026 for both last updated and effective. I did not invent August 31. Privacy can have a different last-updated line. Tonight I fetched Terms, not Privacy.
Section 1, Acceptance of Terms, said: "By accessing and using Oernoe's services, including but not limited to Oernoe Search, Oernoe Health, Oernoe Chat, Oernoe AI, and all related platforms (collectively, the \"Services\"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any updates we may make."
That paragraph is why this how-to is not a search lesson. Acceptance is use of Services. It is not "type a query into Terms." I did not type a query into Terms. I did not treat the heading as a combobox.
Section 2, License and Access, said Oernoe grants "a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes."
