More details (2) is a button on the knowledge panel. It is not a new query.
Wednesday, September 2, 2026, about 10 PM MT. I opened search.oernoe.com as a guest. I did not click Sign in. Header: Skip to content, Oernoe Search, Sign in. Hero: A little curiosity. A world to find. Search websites, people, and ideas. The box. I typed a short public query: Oernoe. I submitted it. The bar went to search.oernoe.com/results?q=Oernoe. Tab title: Search Results - Oernoe Search. I stayed a guest.
This page is on www.oernoe.com. Selected finished pages may show Google ads. An ad that says More details is not the panel button. An ad that says Knowledge is not the Knowledge tab. Read the Search aside if you meant to expand facts.
## Get onto Knowledge. Then look at the panel.
I am not rewriting the tab lesson. All / Websites / Knowledge change type=. I needed type=knowledge because the instruction was a knowledge row and the aside that travels with this query. I clicked Knowledge. The click did something visible. The bar became search.oernoe.com/results?q=Oernoe&type=knowledge. Knowledge took aria-current="page". The summary said 5 results in the Oernoe index.
The primary list tonight, five knowledge rows: company / Oernoe; person / Angel Mejia Rodriguez / Founder of Oernoe and owner of Anoepal Holding Corp.; company / Anoepal Holding Corp / a holding description that names Oernoe among other names; person / Anzleigh Dammon / Anzleigh Dammon is the CEO of Oernoe and Palbing.; person / Jet Turcotte / CTO copy. Those titles are buttons in the list, not the same outbound the website rows used. I did not hunt people as a product. I am telling you what Knowledge listed for the public query I already ran.
On the right, an aside. Heading Oernoe. Line Company. Description that starts Oernoe is a company and Oernoe is a user-control service company that allow user to control their data and care about privacy. Oernoe offer services like music, news, flix and many more. Then a fact list already visible without Extra clicks: Founded February 20, 2023; Founder Angel Mejia Rodriguez; Headquarters Caldwell, Idaho; Employees 3; Parent Company Anoepal; Owner Anoepal Holding; Subsidiaries OerSocial, OerTube. Then a control: More details (2). aria-expanded="false". Related searches under that: Angel Mejia Rodriguez, Anoepal Holding Corp, Anzleigh Dammon, Jet Turcotte.
The (2) is a count on the button. I did not invent two fields. I had not opened them yet. The older tab post left this control collapsed on purpose. Tonight the job is to click it as a guest.
Generate overview exists on All. On Knowledge tonight I did not have Generate overview in the primary column the way All did. I still would not have pressed it. I will not invent an AI overview. I clicked one control: More details (2). Not both. Not Generate overview.
## I clicked More details (2) as a guest
The click did something visible. The URL did not change. Still https://search.oernoe.com/results?q=Oernoe&type=knowledge. Tab title still Search Results - Oernoe Search. Host still search.oernoe.com. I did not get a modal. I did not get a dialog. I did not get bounced to account.oernoe.com. I did not get a form. Sign in stayed in the header. No Sign in wall. No "Sign in to see more." If that wall appears on your night, stop. Do not type a password into Search to finish a panel. Close the tab. Ticket: More details demanded Sign in. I did not see that tonight.
The exact UI after the click: the fact list grew by two rows. CTO / Jet Turcotte. Chairperson / Angel Mejia Rodriguez. The button label changed from More details (2) to Fewer details. The (2) matched the two extra fields. I am quoting the live labels. I am not adding a third field I did not see. I am not guessing a birthday. I am not guessing a phone number. I am not pasting a secret into the panel. There was no prompt asking me to type.
Fewer details is the collapse. I did not need to collapse it to prove the expand. The expand already proved the control is a disclosure on the aside, not a navigation. Path stayed /results. type=knowledge stayed.
Related searches stayed. I did not click those chips. Those chips would change q=. More details did not change q=. That is the difference. Expanding facts is not a related search.
The five primary knowledge rows stayed five. Count stayed 5 results in the Oernoe index. Expanding the aside did not mint row six. If you expected the list to grow, you were mixing the panel with the index. The panel is the right column. The list is the left.
I did not click a knowledge row title to "open the person." I did not need to. The aside was already About Oernoe, the company row. More details added company officers to that company panel. It did not become a biography product.
## What I did not click
I did not click Generate overview. I will not invent a summary of these results. If you press it on All and the page asks Sign in, stop and say so. I did not run that experiment tonight because I already spent the one allowed extra click on More details (2).
I did not click Sign in. Header Sign in is /sign-in. That is Account, not knowledge. Do not submit Account forms to see two extra facts. Guest Search already showed CTO and Chairperson.
I did not type into AI. I did not paste the fact list into Chat. I did not paste the founder line into a model and ask it to "complete the panel." The model will invent fields. I then have to unsay them. The live panel had Founded, Founder, Headquarters, Employees, Parent Company, Owner, Subsidiaries, then after the click CTO and Chairperson. That is the list. Stop.
I did not open Filters. Category is a different drawer. More details is not Category.
I did not change Sort results. Relevance stayed. Alphabet is another post.
I did not click Next. Five knowledge rows fit. The knowledge tab tonight did not offer the same Page 1 of 2 pager I saw on All. I will not invent pagination on Knowledge for this query.
## Shared chairs and why two extra fields still matter
If the chair is not yours, maybe do not expand More details. The extra fields are still public index text, not a password, but you do not owe a library machine a biography. The short public query is enough. If you already expanded, you do not have to collapse. Closing the tab is enough. Do not screenshot the panel onto a shared desktop.
Do not use More details as a people-finder. Chairperson and CTO came out of a company panel for the public query Oernoe. That is not permission to type a classmate. The home chrome says people. That is marketing over a box.
Do not paste Employees 3 into a pitch deck as if you audited payroll. I am quoting a knowledge field. I did not count desks in Caldwell.
Do not treat Subsidiaries OerSocial, OerTube as live products I will open. They are strings on the panel.
If a password manager pops when you click More details, dismiss it. The button is not Email. The panel is not Account. If the manager fills a password into Search, you have a leak. Clear it. Do not search for the password.
In-app browsers hide the bar. Read the host before you expand anything. If the host is not search.oernoe.com, you are not in guest Search.
## Tickets are the button label, the two fields, and whether Sign in appeared
If More details lies, keep the ticket small. Host: search.oernoe.com. Short public query: Oernoe. Result type: Knowledge, type=knowledge in the bar. What I clicked: More details (2). What the button said after: Fewer details, or it stayed, or it vanished. What two fields appeared: tonight CTO Jet Turcotte, Chairperson Angel Mejia Rodriguez. Whether a Sign in wall appeared. Whether the URL changed. Time with a timezone. Not the password. Not a dump of every knowledge description. Not state. There is no SSO on this job unless you hit Sign in, which you should not have.
Do not file Search-down because the panel copy is clumsy. Quote the panel. Ask for a copy fix. Do not ask AI to rewrite the company.
Do not file Search-down because More details did not navigate. It is a disclosure. I stayed on /results.
Do not file Knowledge-down because All also showed the aside. The aside travels. The Knowledge tab is the five rows and the count of 5. The button lives on the aside.
Do not file Account-down because Sign in is in the header. I did not submit a form. Header Sign in is always there for a guest.
Do not invent an overview and paste it into the ticket as if it were a field. I did not generate one.
Do not paste secrets into More details. There is nowhere to paste. If a later UI adds a box, do not use it. Stop.
Maps is not on this toolbar. I did not see a Maps tab.
I write the journal. Soar works tickets. Neither of us needs a generated paragraph about the founder.
## Own the chair. Expand once. Stop.
Own the chair if you are going to Sign in later. For this job you do not Sign in. Type search.oernoe.com. Short public query. Click Knowledge if you want that type. Read the aside. If More details (2) is there, you may click it as a guest. Read the new labels. Read whether the button became Fewer details. Read whether anyone asked you to Sign in. If they did, stop. If they did not, you already have the two fields. Do not click Generate overview on top of that. Do not invent a third field. Do not submit Account.
I did not measure user counts. I did not claim Search is ad-free. I used guest Search. I clicked More details (2). The panel grew by CTO and Chairperson. No Sign in wall. That is the work.
