Free accounts, labeled paid, and ads on www

Oernoe’s funding story is easy to mash into a privacy slogan, and the mash is how a company ends up sounding like it never takes money while a publisher hostname is applying for ads. About and Privacy already refuse that mash. Account creation is free. Some products have optional paid tiers, and those are labeled in the product. Selected finished pages on www.oernoe.com may show Google AdSense. Account and search data are not sold. This essay is the company funding map drawn from those pages. It is not a remake of the Search-and-ads method essay, and it is not a remake of the publisher-versus-Search profiling essays. The job here is how the operator says the lights stay on without selling the file.

## The basic deal on About

About states the deal in hallway language and then repeats it as a promise list. Account creation is free. Some products have optional paid tiers, and those are labeled in the product. Selected finished pages on this hostname may show Google ads. We do not sell account or search data, and we do not sell journal articles, links, or reviews. Pitches for sponsored posts are declined.

Anoepal is named as the holding company that exists so Oernoe can keep running without changing that deal. Contact for the holding side includes info@oernoe.com and support@oernoe.com. Angel Mejia Rodriguez is named as founder of Anoepal and creator of Oernoe. The standing product test About attributes to him is whether a feature gives people more control over their data, or less. If it is less, it does not ship. That test is why Mail is not sold as a live product, why Search is not allowed to keep a query file for ads, and why Chat and Health do not carry AdSense.

The homepage FAQ says the same funding split in shorter form. Account creation is free. Core features do not require a credit card. Some advanced features have optional paid tiers, and those are labeled. Money comes from optional premium features and contextual advertising on selected publisher pages. The company does not sell account or search data. Google may process limited technical and page-context information when ads are served.

That is the public business model this essay will trust. It will not invent a revenue mix, a subscriber count, or a claim that ads already pay for every host. It will not invent an inflated audience figure.

## Free accounts as a funding constraint, not a teaser

Using an Oernoe account, updated 24 August 2026, opens with the constraint in product language. You do not need an account to read the website. You need one to use the products. Creation is free. There is no credit card on the signup form. If a paid feature exists later, it has to be labeled as paid. That is the deal Anoepal is supposed to keep.

Free is doing real work in that sentence. It is not a temporary promotion. It is the default path into Search preferences you choose to save, Health notes you choose to keep, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, and Tracker. The homepage services block repeats the line: one free account; optional premium features are labeled; ads are not loaded on those apps. How-To says no credit card is needed for account creation. Privacy says payment details may be handled by a payment provider when a paid feature is offered. The paid path is optional and marked. It is not hidden inside a free signup as a surprise charge.

Labeled paid matters because unlabeled monetization is how trust dies. If a feature requires money, the product has to say so where the feature lives. About’s refusal to sell journal articles, links, or reviews is the publisher-side twin of that rule. The company can take money for optional product tiers and for ads on eligible public documents. It is not supposed to take money for quietly turning the account file into someone else’s marketing list.

## Where ads are allowed, and where they are refused

Privacy Policy section 4 is the advertising disclosure. Selected substantial publisher pages on www.oernoe.com may use Google AdSense. The eligible set named there includes How-To; finished guides such as How Oernoe Search works, Search queries and Google ads, Using an Oernoe account, What we publish, Which Oernoe hostname does what, Corrections we have already made, and How a privacy request is handled; and substantial journal articles. AdSense is not loaded on the homepage, About, login or signup screens, protected application pages, legal pages, error pages, the journal index, short or promotional journal posts, the guides index, editorial standards, or Oernoe service subdomains.

Cookies repeats the exclusion list and adds the mechanical tells. ads.txt at the site root names pub-9477175344230263. Pages carry a google-adsense-account meta tag so Google can verify the publisher even when a given URL has no unit. Application shells such as /mail, /console, and /dashboard send a noindex header and do not load ads.

About draws the product line in one paragraph. Ads do not appear on Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, Tracker, or Account. They do not appear on Home, About, legal pages, or the journal listing. The split is written so a reviewer does not have to reverse-engineer it from view-source alone, though view-source remains a useful check. Search queries and Google ads, updated 31 August 2026, adds the enforcement detail: when ads load, the site asks for non-personalized ads by default; Google may still process page context, cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, browser and device data, and ad interaction data; leftover Auto ads are supposed to disappear when you move from an eligible article to About or Home.

This funding essay needs that map because “ads on www” is not “ads on Oernoe.” www is the publisher. Search is a different host. Account is a different host. Monetizing finished public documents is a different choice from monetizing a password field or a Health note. Collapsing those choices into one privacy slogan is exactly the error Corrections already had to name when zero-tracking copy met an AdSense application.

## What Google may process when a unit loads

Honesty about funding requires honesty about the third party the funding uses. Privacy states that third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites, and that Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and industry tools at aboutads.info. Ads on this site are requested as non-personalized by default. Google and its partners may still process page context, cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, and ad interaction data to serve, secure, limit, and measure advertisements.

Oernoe does not receive a copy of a visitor’s complete browsing history from Google. Google acts under its own terms when it processes advertising data. The Cookie Policy is explicit that search queries typed at search.oernoe.com are not an input to those units. The cookie bar on www is a notice, not a consent management platform. Dismissing it with OK only hides the bar; it is not consent. Europe gets the same admission in the Search-and-ads guide: no CMP, no Google-certified TCF v2.3 wiring claimed, non-personalized requests, and browser plus industry opt-outs.

None of that lets the company claim the whole network has no cookies and no third parties. About already listed that class of overclaim among corrections. Funding copy that depends on the overclaim is defective funding copy.

## What is not for sale

The no-sale line is the load-bearing beam. Privacy section 3: we do not sell account information or search history; Oernoe does not use search history to create advertising profiles; we do not provide account or search data to advertisers for their own direct marketing. About’s promise list repeats it. The homepage FAQ repeats it. Search queries and Google ads repeats it as the product promise Search will stand behind.

That refusal is compatible with ads on selected www pages because the advertising file is not supposed to be the account file or the query history. Page context on an eligible guide can inform a contextual unit. A Chat thread cannot. A Drive folder cannot. A Search query typed on search.oernoe.com is not an AdSense input. If those separations fail in code, the public sentences should come down the same day.

Sharing with service providers still exists. Privacy section 6 allows disclosure to providers that host infrastructure, deliver requested features, process payments, prevent abuse, or support operations, and when required by law or with direction or consent. Providers are supposed to handle information for the agreed service purpose. Their independent services remain under their own policies. That is ordinary operations language. It is not a quiet redefinition of “sell.”

## How to verify the funding claims

Open About and read the funding section and the promise list. Open Privacy section 4 and the advertising choices links. Open Cookies for ads.txt, eligible pages, and the notice-not-consent bar. Open Search queries and Google ads for the current eligible inventory and the product exclusions. Open Using an account for the free signup and labeled-paid rule. Open the homepage services block and confirm ads are not promised on the apps.

Mechanical checks stay public. /ads.txt should name pub-9477175344230263. View-source on an eligible guide or How-To should include the AdSense client. View-source on About or Home should not. Login and signup on account.oernoe.com should not load ads. If an ad appears on Account or on Chat, that is a defect for support@oernoe.com, not a new business model announced by accident.

## What this essay will not do

It will not invent how much AdSense pays. It will not invent how many people use paid tiers. It will not claim non-personalized ads are “not tracking.” It will not claim the whole Oernoe network has no ads. It will not treat Music, Maps, Studio, News, OerAlerts, or Mail as live monetized products. It will not restage the Search-and-ads placement walkthrough as if placement rules were the whole funding story.

What it will say is the verified company map. Free accounts are the default. Paid features, when they exist, must be labeled. Google ads may appear only on selected finished publisher pages on www. Account, Search, and the live product hosts stay off that inventory. Account and search data are not sold, and search history is not an advertising profile. Anoepal’s job is to fund and operate the platform without swapping that deal for a quieter sale of the file. That is how Oernoe says the lights stay on while still letting a reviewer check the money story against Privacy instead of against a slogan.
