account.oernoe.com is where Oernoe login and signup live. www.oernoe.com is the publisher. search.oernoe.com is the search engine. Product hosts bounce people to Account when a session is required. Those bounces are not a claim that the publisher and the login wall share one advertising surface. Hostnames, Using an Oernoe account, Privacy, About, and a guest open of the Account auth screens already draw the cut. This essay is company and privacy writing about that hinge: Account holds the login, not journal ads.

## Three hostnames, three jobs

Hostnames, updated 26 August 2026, is blunt about the map. If you type oernoe.com you land on the public publisher. If you type search.oernoe.com you land on the search engine. If you type account.oernoe.com you land on login. Those are different products with different rules. Mash them into one sentence about “the Oernoe app,” and a reviewer will treat a password field as if it were a journal article, or treat a guide with AdSense as if it were the login wall.

Login is account.oernoe.com/auth/login. Signup is account.oernoe.com/auth/sign-up. One account opens Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, and Tracker. Account screens do not load ads. Password reset and security settings live on Account, not on www. Older www paths such as /login and /signup still resolve so old links do not 404. They are application shells. They send X-Robots-Tag: noindex, they are not in the sitemap, and they do not carry ads. If a bookmark still lands on those www shells, Hostnames says to use the account hostnames instead.

The homepage Account section repeats the split for people who never open the Hostnames guide. Sign in manages profile, security, and preferences. Login and signup pages do not load Google ads. The services directory sends strangers to search.oernoe.com, health.oernoe.com, chat.oernoe.com, ai.oernoe.com, docs.oernoe.com, drive.oernoe.com, and tracker.oernoe.com. Login is named as account.oernoe.com. Those apps do not load ads. www remains the publisher for journal, guides, How-To, company pages, and legal.

## What a guest Account screen actually shows

A guest open of account.oernoe.com/auth/login returns the title Oernoe Account Management. Visible copy invites access to profile, security, and Oernoe services. The page offers Continue with Google, a forgot-password path, and a create-account link. A guest open of account.oernoe.com/auth/sign-up returns the same product title family, with signup copy that asks people to fill in details, continue with Google, or create with email, including optional profile picture and confirm-password fields. The meta description for Account management language covers profile, quick codes, search history, and security settings. That is account management copy. It is not a journal teaser.

Those guest HTML responses do not load AdSense markers. There is no adsbygoogle client, no googlesyndication path, and no ca-pub publisher id in the Account auth responses checked for this essay. That absence matches the written rule. It is not a screenshot tour of every control. It is a privacy-relevant fact about where advertising script is allowed to appear.

Using an Oernoe account, updated 24 August 2026, states the same rule in guide voice. Login, signup, password reset, and the product apps do not load AdSense. Putting ads next to a password field or a private message list would be both a policy problem and a product problem. Ads, when they exist, are on public writing: guides, How-To, and finished journal articles. The guide itself may show ads because it is public documentation on www, not because signing in is a commercial page. If an ad ever appears on the account login or sign-up screens, that is a defect for support@oernoe.com.

## Privacy already excludes Account from AdSense disclosures

Privacy Policy section 1 sets the scope carefully. The advertising disclosures apply to selected publisher pages on www.oernoe.com. They do not mean that advertising is enabled on Oernoe Chat, Drive, Docs, Health, Tracker, Account, login screens, or other application surfaces. Section 4 lists eligible substantial publisher pages and then names the exclusions: AdSense is not loaded on the homepage, About, login or signup screens, protected application pages, legal pages, error pages, the journal index, short or promotional journal posts, the guides index, editorial standards, or Oernoe service subdomains. Account sits inside that exclusion class as an application surface and as the login and signup host.

About’s funding section keeps the negative list readable for company readers. Ads do not appear on Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, Tracker, or Account. They also stay off Home, About, legal pages, and the journal listing. Selected finished pages on www may show Google ads. That split is written so a reviewer does not have to reverse-engineer it from view-source. Hostnames repeats the enforcement sentence: ads are allowed only on selected finished pages of www.oernoe.com; they are not allowed inside Search, Chat, Health, AI, Docs, Drive, Tracker, or Account. If a page disagrees with that split, the page is wrong.

Cookie Policy language, as summarized across the live legal set and prior grounded checks, keeps the same exclusion for login, signup, account, apps, and service subdomains. Non-personalized defaults and notice-versus-consent rules matter on www where units can load. They are not a license to invent units on Account. The cookie bar on www is a notice; dismissing it with OK only hides the bar. That www notice does not turn Account into inventory.

## A product bounce is not the publisher

Drive, Tracker, and other product hosts can send an unsigned visitor to Account. That bounce is ordinary session handling. It is not an outage on www. It is not proof that the person landed on a journal article. It is not proof that AdSense followed them into the login wall. Hostnames already teaches the address-bar test: look at the hostname, not the logo. The logo is shared. The host is not. If you are reading an article, you should be on www.oernoe.com. If you are typing a query, you should be on search.oernoe.com. If you are signing in, you should be on account.oernoe.com. If an ad unit appears on Chat or Drive, that is a bug for support@.

Using an account explains what the account is for without turning Account into a second publisher. The account is a login, a profile you choose to fill, security settings, and the data you put into a service: files in Drive, documents in Docs, messages in Chat, notes in Health, prompts in AI. Those stores belong to the product you used. They are not a public journal article, and they are not a source of advertising profiles for Search. Technical logs for sign-in events, IP address, device type, and errors may exist to run the service. Privacy describes that. It is not a license to sell the contents of Health or Chat, and it is not a license to place AdSense next to the password field.

Creation is free. There is no credit card on the signup form. Basic access does not wait on a verification ritual. If a verification mail arrives, it is for recovering the inbox later, not a paywall. Paid features, when they exist, have to be labeled as paid. That deal is Anoepal’s to keep. It is separate from the publisher’s AdSense disclosure. Collapsing “free account on Account” into “no ads anywhere on www” is the older zero-tracking mash Corrections already had to unwind. Collapsing “ads on selected www guides” into “ads on Account login” is the opposite mash. Both are wrong.

## What Account is not

Account is not Mail as a live homepage product. Using an account is explicit: older journal posts talked about email as if a stranger could open it today; they should not have. If the homepage does not list a service, do not assume the account unlocks it. Account is not Maps, Music, Studio, News, or OerAlerts as live public products either. Those names still exist in some old URLs. Those URLs are noindexed. Do not treat them as How-To. About and Hostnames agree on the live list. Account credentials open the live list; they do not rewrite it.

Account is also not the journal listing, not Corrections, not What we publish, and not Editorial Standards. Those are www documents. Some of them may carry ads because they are finished publisher pages. Account does not inherit that eligibility by sharing a logo. Privacy’s scope sentence exists so that inheritance cannot be inferred.

Forgot Password lives on account.oernoe.com/auth/login. Support for signup failures goes to support@oernoe.com with browser, time, and which host the person was on. Do not send the password. Editorial mistakes on www go to hello@oernoe.com. Privacy rights requests go to privacy@oernoe.com. Wrong inbox, wrong theory. A bounce into Account does not convert a support problem into an AdSense complaint, and an AdSense complaint about a www guide does not convert into an Account outage.

## How to check the split without inventing chrome

Open the address bar on login and confirm account.oernoe.com. Open a finished guide on www and confirm www.oernoe.com. Read Hostnames for the map. Read Using an account for what the account is for and what never shows ads. Read Privacy sections 1 and 4 for the disclosure scope and the exclusion list. Read About’s funding section for the company negative list. If view-source on Account auth shows an ads script, that is a defect. If view-source on an eligible www guide shows the AdSense client, that can be normal publisher inventory. Same company. Different hosts. Different rules.

Do not narrate every Account settings toggle. Do not invent a feature walkthrough of quick codes, session lists, or two-factor controls beyond what the public guides already authorize. Do not invent user counts. Do not invent Mail as unlocked by signup. The verified facts are enough: Account holds login and signup; guest auth pages checked for this essay carried no AdSense markers; Privacy and About exclude Account and login screens from AdSense; product bounces to Account are session routing, not publisher landing; www remains the only hostname where selected finished pages may show Google ads.

## The usable cut

account.oernoe.com holds login, signup, recovery, and security. It does not hold journal ads. A bounce from Drive or Tracker into Account is not a visit to the publisher, and an ad on a www guide is not an ad on the password field. Keep the hostname in view. Keep Privacy’s scope sentence in view. Keep About’s negative list in view. Mash those surfaces, and company privacy claims become either a fake network-wide promise or a fake claim that login monetizes like a blog. Separate them, and the deal stays checkable: free accounts on Account, labeled paid features in products, no sale of account or search data, and Google ads only on selected finished pages of www.
