You do not need an account to read this website. You need one to use the products. Creation is free. There is no credit card on the signup form. If a paid feature exists later, it has to be labeled as paid. That is the deal Anoepal is supposed to keep.
The step-by-step screens live on How-To. This page is the account itself: what it is for, what it is not, how to recover it, and why login never shows ads.
Create it
Go to account.oernoe.com/auth/sign-up, or open a service hostname and use the account screen there. Enter an email and a password. Use a password manager. Twelve characters with mixed case and numbers is the floor we tell people on How-To. Longer is better.
Basic access does not wait on a verification ritual. If a verification mail does arrive, it is for recovering the inbox later, not a paywall. If signup fails, write support@oernoe.com with the browser, the time, and whether you were on www, Search, Health, Chat, or AI. Do not send the password.
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use the services with a parent or guardian. The site is not directed at children under 13. That is in Terms and Privacy because ordinary law and AdSense both care.
What the account is for
The account is a login, a profile you choose to fill, security settings, and the data you put into a service: files in Drive, documents in Docs, messages in Chat, notes in Health, prompts in AI. Those stores belong to the product you used. They are not a public journal article, and they are not a source of advertising profiles for Search.
We may keep technical logs to run the service: sign-in events, IP address, device type, errors. That is described in the Privacy Policy. It is not a license to sell the contents of Health or Chat.
Search can be used without an account for ordinary queries. An account is what lets you save preferences you chose, not a hidden profile we infer from every click. If a “saved search” or language setting exists in the product, you should be able to delete it from account settings. If you cannot find the control, that is a product bug, not a reason to invent a brochure sentence about complete control.
What it is not
It is not Mail as a live homepage product. Older journal posts talked about email as if a stranger could open it today. They should not have. If the homepage does not list a service, do not assume the account unlocks it.
It is not Maps, Music, Studio, News, or OerAlerts as live public products either. Those names still exist in some old URLs. Those URLs are noindexed. Do not treat them as How-To.
It is not a Google account, an Apple ID, or a social login. If a future sign-in method is added, it has to be named on this page and on How-To. Until then, email and password is the path.
Recover it
If you forget the password, use Forgot Password on account.oernoe.com/auth/login. Check spam. If the mail never arrives, write support@oernoe.com from the same address if you still can, or explain which address the account used. We will not reset an account because a stranger asked in a chat window.
If you still have access, look at active sessions in account settings and sign out anything you do not recognize. Turn on two-factor authentication when the setting is there. How-To repeats those steps in more detail.
If you think someone else has the password, change it first, then write support. Include the time you noticed the problem. Do not paste recovery codes into a public form.
What never shows ads
Login, signup, password reset, and the product apps do not load AdSense. Putting ads next to a password field or a private message list would be both a policy problem and a product problem. Ads, when they exist, are on public writing: guides, How-To, and finished journal articles.
This guide may show ads because it is public documentation, not because signing in is a commercial page. If an ad ever appears on the account login or sign-up screens, that is a defect. Screenshot it and send it to support@oernoe.com.
Close it
Account deletion is supposed to remove your content from active systems within 30 days, with backups lingering for a shorter security window. The exact control lives in account settings. If you cannot find it, write support@oernoe.com and ask for deletion. Do not post passwords in that mail either.
The public pages about Oernoe, including this one, stay up after you leave. They are publisher documents, not your account. Privacy requests that are not “delete my account” go to privacy@oernoe.com. Legal notices go to legal@oernoe.com.
